Martin Leonard Jacobvitz

Mr. Jacobvitz has extensive experience in business planning, corporate financial planning, financial modeling, business operations, marketing, customer service and venture capital investment. Mr. Jacobvitz has developed tools to analyze complex operational and financial organizations and identify areas of operational risk. Mr. Jacobvitz has successfully assisted organizations to identify problem areas, establish goals, define objectives, create metrics-based business processes and implement procedures that improve profitability and maximize cash flow.  Mr. Jacobvitz is skilled at managing and leading diverse teams of people, both professionals and non-professionals to meet company objectives and enhance shareholder value.  Mr. Jacobvitz holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and a BS degree from Tufts University.



Kirsten Brix Jacobvitz

Ms. Jacobvitz is a licensed attorney in the State of: Texas.  Ms. Jacobvitz has extensive contract experience: drafting, negotiating and implementing complex procurement and service delivery contracts.  Ms. Jacobvitz has managed the entire contracting process for all varieties of hardware technology, software technology, production machinery, marketing relationships, advertising relationships, telecommunications relationships, and information services.  Ms. Jacobvitz has detailed process related management experience with respect to foreign trade compliance, regulatory analysis, compliance operations and export compliance.  Ms. Jacobvitz is a highly regarded “Ethics” expert, designing ethics training programs for both private industry and the Texas Bar Association.  Additionally, Ms. Jacobvitz has functional expertise in all areas relating to real estate transactions, including but not limited to: lending documentation and closings, loan workouts, bankruptcies, receiverships and review of legislation (and commenting on proposed legislation) at both the state and federal levels.  Ms. Jacobvitz holds a Certificate in Professional Ethics from Texas State University, a Juris Doctor (Law) degree from the Chicago Kent College of Law and a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin.

James Wegner

Mr. Wegner has extensive experience in the design and analysis of manufacturing processes and procedures.  Mr. Wegner has developed manufacturing processes for prototyping, production and service operations for major corporations in domestic and offshore locations.  Mr. Wegner has a strong background in computer systems and automation – both hardware and software.  Mr. Wegner has developed and run complete production facilities creating goals, objectives, metrics and measurement tools.  Mr. Wegner has management experience at all corporate levels and is skilled at merging ideas and solutions from the workforce, the design team and the management team to meet corporate goals and objectives.  Mr. Wegner holds an MBA and a BS degree from New Hampshire University.


Rebecca Boon

Ms. Boon has extensive professional experience in Product Marketing and Sales with proven experience impacting the visibility, profitability, and performance of the companies with which she works.  Ms. Boon specializes in several areas of Marketing and Program Management including: Strategic Product Planning and Development as well as Positioning and Merchandising.  Given her expertise in Risk Assessment, Competitive Analysis, and Vendor Management, as a strong business leader, Ms. Boon is able to adeptly analyze diverse customer environments and provide unique, customized solutions that improve business processes.  Ms. Boon is an effective communicator who excels at maintaining positive client relationships.  Ms. Boon holds a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin.


Jeff Flowers

Mr. Flowers has 20+ years of experience in Human Resource Management and Manufacturing Operations.  Mr. Flowers is a professional Executive Recruiter, whose expertise includes assessing a company’s culture and finding the Executive and Management talent that possess the skills and temperament to make an immediate positive impact.  Mr. Flowers has helped companies improve performance through: leading Team Building Training exercises, improving Communications flows, designing Performance based Compensation Plans, building Succession Plans and implementing employee lead Process Improvement programs.  In addition, Mr. Flowers has extensive knowledge of all aspects of Manufacturing Operations, including: Production, Materials Management, Quality Control, Inventory Management and Safety.  Mr. Flowers holds a BS degree from Texas A&M University.
